One Day At a Time: No Colas or sugar-filled drinks

I am starting this week to avoid any sugar-filled or sweetened drinks like soft drink, cola, iced tea, and the likes. I know I can easily do this because I am not really into cola-drinking. I have to be contended with drinking cold water.    

I realized sugar is the most culprit of all culprits in a diet when I stumbled upon these charts comparing different drinks.

Who wouldn't be crazy when you see these charts of comparison?

So in line with avoiding sugar-loaded drinks, I will not use sugar and cream with my coffee.. Yeah, black coffee for me starting this week.
