I just had a consult with my doctor. my last was in January. My weight has been stable. It's exactly the same but my sugar level went high. From 7 point something, it as high as 8.8 and the normal should be 5.6 only.

So after my 10-day pamahase challenge, how did I fare? Not so very good but not that bad also.

I have to be honest that I failed the first time I did this Cardio challenge. Why? It was difficult for my weight to do the two exercises here. Yes, you read it right. At 264lbs, I should be drinking half of my body weight in ounce to totally hydrate myself. Now, I am thinking how am I going to drink 16 glass of water (250ml) if I usually fail to drink 8 glasses of water every day?

I know I can easily do this because I am not really into cola-drinking. I have to be contended with drinking cold water.
